FIELD: study of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to magneto-rheological materials which use thixotropical grid to create stability against precipitation. Proposed magneto-rheological material includes liquid medium, component in the form of particles and thixotropical addition that ensures stability against precipitation. Thixotropical means, metal oxide modified by polymer or their mixture may be used as thixotropical addition forming hydrogen coupling. Usage of thixotropical addition creates thixotropical grid extremely effective in bringing precipitation of particles in magneto-rheological material to minimum.
