Screw conveyor

The screw conveyor has a pipeline composed of tube sections (1, 2) fitted to each other, running horizontally and able to act as a lock. Each tube section consists of a tube piece (3) containing a shaft piece (4) with the screw (9) on it. At least of the tube sections has a tube piece with both its ends fixed to locking discs through which its shaft piece passes. There is a closing disc (14a, 14b) on the inside or outside of the locking disc, fixed to the shaft piece. The locking discs have through apertures (13).
