FIELD: advertisement, arts and crafts, optical instruments, in particular, advertising and show optical instruments which provide optical effect of three-dimensional color images, as well as patterns and pictures of unusual optical effect using reflecting lens systems for generation of three-dimensional color picture for decorative or advertising purposes, production of various souvenirs, show-room stands and windows, stained-glass windows, interior design articles. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one lens which has reflecting layer which is made from metal high-reflecting layer or layer of powder with highly reflecting surface dispersed in binder and applied on convex surface of each lens in order to generate three-dimensional mirror picture of corresponding lens over its hinder surface. In addition device has at least one observable three-dimensional article which is located on one side of corresponding lens in space of transparent plate which is located before mirror images of lenses. It is optically conjugated to mirror image of corresponding lens in order to generate direct image of observable articles on opposite side of corresponding lends in front of its mirror image in space behind plate. In addition device has light source which is located for illumination of at least one observable article. In addition device has base and may have at least one normal or Fresnel lens which has reflecting layer which is applied on convex hinder surface or on shaped surface of each normal lens or Fresnel lens respectively in order to generate three- dimensional mirror image of corresponding normal or Fresnel lens over their hinder or shaped surfaces. In addition device has at least one observable three-dimensional article which is located on one side of axis of corresponding normal or Fresnel lens which is optically conjugated with it by mirror image in order to generate direct image of corresponding observable article on opposite side of axis of normal or Fresnel lens in front of their mirror three- dimensional images.
