FIELD: aluminum alloys. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to base metal preparation technology involving high-fusing metals. Charge melt containing alloying elements in excess with regard to their specified concentrations is heated to a temperature by 100-400 C superior to melting temperature, whereupon melt is maintained under vigorous stirring for 3-5 min. Then, concentration of alloying elements is reduced to its specified value, while simultaneously lowering temperature to a value expressed by the following equation: t= $$$+(0.8-1.5)$$$ where $$$ is solidus temperature, C and $$$ crystallization temperature range, C. Thereafter, base metal melt is crystallized under pressure from 0.1 to 200 MPa with cooling velocity from 10 to $$$ C/s. In this case, concentration of alloying elements in base metal melt in the course of melting procedure increases by a factor of 1.2-2 as compared to specified concentration value. Optimum conditions for heterogeneous breakdown of supersaturated metal solution accompanied by separation of intermetallic phases in disperse form are provided by crystallization of base metal melt in force field originated from nonuniformly distributed centrifugal force pressure. EFFECT: increased productivity of process and its economical efficiency. 3 cl, 4 tbl
