FIELD: amateur and sports fishing; fishing with float fishing rod or net. SUBSTANCE: fishing tackle has floating body with central hole, stop-release mechanism installed on body and including guide arranged in central hole of floating body, slider provided with first longitudinal slot engaging with travel stop mounted for displacement in guide held in floating body by dowel. Tackle has also flexible member connecting slider and floating body, snap hook made in form of fishing line holder with ring and installed for displacement in second longitudinal slot of slider. Snap hook ring is made for enclosing holding longer arm of cock-lever in raised up position from turning and releasing it at biting. Cock-lever is installed on slider for turning through axle, straddling slider at both sides, thrusting through short arm in raised up position and engagement with mechanism regulating operation effort of stop and release mechanism. First slot of slider is made symmetrical and closed. Slider is embraced from three sides by guide and is held in the latter by dowel secured in dowel floating body. Cock-lever is made for thrusting with its shorter arm against dowel. Snap hook has guide enclosing rod portion of slider at one side of second longitudinal slot. Ratio of value of difference between length of second longitudinal slot and length of snap hook guide to value of length of first slot is 0.2-0.35.
