PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the communication among plural base stations through the relaying performed among the stations even when the channel set among them has a fault by notifying an adjacent base station via a radio part of a fact that the communication is impossible among the base stations via a wire circuit and then recording the received fact on a state monitoring table of its on station and also relaying the fact to other adjacent stations via the adjacent base station that received the above fact. SOLUTION: If a wire circuit is cut between a base station and a controller or the controller has a fault, the signal sent from a radio part 5 is written in a 2P-RAM 8 via the base station control software 7. Then the written signal is processed by the control software 9 and transmitted to another adjacent base station via a radio part 10. In other words, the software 9 and the part 10 to be connected via the 2P-RAM 8 are newly added to an existing base station. In such a constitution, the signals can be relayed between the adjacent base stations. Furthermore, the control of communication is performed via the part 10 when a lapD controller 6 decides a circuit break. |
