PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a mounting space by arranging a plurality of elements for controlling motor rotation in the same package while they are separated one another by a fixed distance. SOLUTION: A device 1 for controlling motor rotation has Hall chips 4 and 6 as elements for controlling motor rotation within the same resin package 2. Lead terminals 12, 14, 16, and 18 project from one side surface 8 of the resin package 2 and lead terminals 20, 22, 24, and 26 also project from the other side surface 10. Lead terminals 12 and 26 are constituted at both side parts of a common lead frame 28 in the resin package 2. With this structure, distance between the Hall chips 4 and 6 can be set arbitrarily and a package size cannot be restricted, thus reducing a mounting space in an electronic equipment that mounts the package. |
