PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the process monitor and control unit which can vent misoutput to process equipment due to a fault of a data transmission system. SOLUTION: A central processor 10 transmits the same transmit data twice with a time difference, and a controller 30 compares them with each other. When they are not the same, it is considered that the sent transmit data are abnormal and while a signal is inhibited from being supplied to the process equipment 50, a data abnormality signal is sent to the central processor 10 to make a CRT display 20 displays the data abnormality. |
