PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert certain format automatic playing data to other format automatic playing data by having the input means which inputs first format automatic playing data and the output means which outputs second format automatic playing data generated by a data converting means. SOLUTION: First format automatic playing data 2 are converted to second format automatic playing data 6 through a computer 3. The computer 3 has a conversion rule file 4 which stores conversion rules and a conversion processing section 5. The section 5 converts the data 2 into the data 6 in accordance with the conversion rules which are stored in the file 4. Thus, the data 2 are reproduced (played) in an electronic instrument 1, which is for the first format, and the data 6 are reproduced (played) in an electronic musical instrument 7 which is for the second format. |
