摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce fuel atmosphere restricting generation of dioxine by a method wherein deionized water is subjected to electrolysis to produce mixture gas of hydrogen and oxygen as combustion means for an incinerator or the like, and then additives of hydro-carbon system are used thereto. SOLUTION: An ash melting furnace 1 for igniting municipal dusts or the like and melting the combustion ash is provided with a combustion ash loading port 2 at its upper part, and a slidable ash pushing rod 5 at its bottom part for pushing and dropping the combustion ash P into an ash melting chamber 4 having a stepped bottom surface 3 arranged in connection to a cylindrical container. Six mixture gas- injection ports 9 in each pair at upper stage, middle stage and lower stage connected to a hydrogen-oxygen mixture gas generating device 8 are arranged oppositely at both sides of the stepped bottom surface 3. This hydrogen and oxygen mixture gas generating device 8 is comprised of a pure water device and an electrolysis cell for removing impurities contained in tap water. Electrolysis is performed in the electrolysis cell, clean mixture gas with a rate of 2 pts. of hydrogen and 1 pt. of oxygen is passed through organic solvent such as hexane and toluene or the like so as to increase a total heating calorie and then the gas is used as fuel.
