PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent malfunctions and to obtain good operability and specifications that a user easily use by generating a constant-time switching signal according to a 1st and a 2nd delay signal, and switching and outputting the 1st and 2nd delay signals according to a switching signal from a switching signal generating means. SOLUTION: When a switch 4 is turned on, Vdd is supplied to a 2-second timer. When the switch 4 is pressed continuously for two seconds, the 2-second timer 12 supplies a delay signal to a switching signal generating circuit 15. The switching signal generating circuit 15 generates a switching signal Sc for one minute and supplies it to a selector 11, so a terminal X of the selector 11 is switched and connected from a terminal B to a terminal A for one minute. Here, when the switch 4 is turned on, Vdd is applied to a 30ms timer 13. When the switch 4 is depressed continuously for >=30ms, the 30ms timer 13 supplies a delay signal to the switching signal generating circuit 15. Consequently, the switching signal generating circuit 15 continues to generate the switching signal SC further for one minute beyond this time. |
