<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform the consumption of the memory of a flash memory by detecting an area used beyond a prescribed threshold value as a first memory area, and storing an electronic signal corresponding to an electronic signal indicating parameter data stored in the first memory area in a second memory area. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a stage for detecting plural used memory areas beyond a prescribed threshold value as a first memory area, a stage for deciding a second memory area which can be used for storing an electronic signal, and a stage for storing an electronic signal corresponding to the electronic signal indicating parameter data stored in the first memory area in the second memory area. For example, in a microcontroller 200 of a radio telephone 214, a flash memory manager applies a pair of instructions to a CPU 202 for applying a means for uniformly re-using the flash memory block. Then, all the memories can be uniformly consumed.</p> |
