<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and system device for retrieving location of mis-connection in a communication network in which an exchange is earlier located on the occurrence of mis-connection and a speech line causing mis- connection is found out earlier. SOLUTION: This mis-connection location system is a system that finds out the location of an exchange and a defective line on the occurrence of mis- connection in a communication network consisting of a line group, a control common line and exchanges. An exchange 11 starting call connection at first uses a pass route information collection processing means 11a to collect passing route information from message reception transmission processing means 12a, 13a, 14a of exchanges 12, 13, 14 making call connection by way of control common line paths 500 and 600. Since the passing route information is obtained by the exchange 11 starting the call connection at first, the location of the passing exchanges 12, 13 is facilitated on the occurrence of mis-connection.</p> |
