PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore original information when a specified person copies it by providing a decoding means for decoding concealing information and restoring original information and a picture synthesis means synthesizing original information restored into a concealing picture. SOLUTION: A copying machine 10 encodes original information, user identification information and attribute information and generates concealing information. When a prescribed synthesis output indication is given, concealing information is synthesized into a base image and the concealing image 14 is outputted. When the concealing image 14 which is thus generated is copied, the concealing image 14 is printed as it is when user identification information (b) is not inputted and a regular copying mode is executed. When the copying indication and user identification information (b) are inputted and a restoration copying mode is selected, user identification information (b) corresponding to original information corresponding to user identification matched with user identification information (b), namely, original information to which 70 is given as a point B, is inputted. Thus, only original information 70 is restored. |
