PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card having a general purpose structure for connecting an outer cover with the ground of a printed board. SOLUTION: The memory card 1 comprises a frame 2 having an open part 20, a printed board 3 built in the frame while having a ground 30, a connector 5 disposed at the open part 20 while being connected with the printed board 3, and a pair of conductive covers 6, 7 for sandwiching the frame 2, the printed board 3, the connector, etc., in the direction of thickness. The covers 6, 7 are provided, at one side edge thereof, with resilient tongues 60, 70 for ground connection. These resilient tongues 60, 70 are connected electrically, on the cut face thereof, with the ground 30. |
