The lamp 2 (the light emitting source) is controlled with a pulse lighting control circuit 4 to emit light, emitted light of the light emitting source 2 is coupled with long afterglow from the long afterglow phosphor to conduct illumination. During cordless lighting, pulse lighting time is shortened, pulse intervals are lengthened, and long afterglow is effectively utilized.
