<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and correctly specify a fault part at the time when an error has occurred by referring to a fault database and outputting information which specifies the fault part from a probability on occurrence of fault part to the outside as fault information. SOLUTION: A fault analyzing device 2 is provided with an error log analyzing device 3 and a fault database 4 and an error log 6 is registered in a memory 5. When a fault occurs in the certain substrate of a sequence controller 1, the error log 6 which is preserved in the memory and indicates fault information is fetched, the error log analyzing means 3 referrs to the fault database 4 so as to operate in which part and with which degree of probability the fault has occurred and the result is displayed in a display equipment, etc. As the processing contents, it is judged that in which function part the fault has occurred, by the error log 6 and, then, the previously fixed fault probabilities in terms of experience by fault contents as against the plural substrates where the function is realized. Thus, the fault is analyzed so that a fault substrate can be easily specified.</p> |
