PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use one existing card as a multipurpose member's card by operating member registration by making the recording pattern of the existing card correspond to individual identification data, and managing this registered existing card as a member's card. SOLUTION: A person who desires member registration selects an existing card suited to a prescribed specification from among various kinds of cards owed by himself, and allows a reader 4 of a card dealing device 1 to read the recording pattern of the existing card, and inputs individual identification data through an inputting part 5. A member managing device 2 operates member registration by a registration accepting part 2 by making the recording pattern correspond to the individual identification data, and manages the registered existing card as a member's card by a member managing part 13 afterwards. Thus, a person who desires the member registration can attain member registration by the already owned card. Therefore, the user can use one existing card as the multipurpose member's card without increasing the number of the owned cards. |
