PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of stably obtaining negative electrifying property and immediately causing the increase of electrification at the time of adding toner, lowered in environmental dependency, excellent in fluidity, anti-caking property, and also superior in transparency important as color toner property and useful for an electrostatic charge image developer. SOLUTION: In the toner consisting of toner particles, containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, and as an additive, a titanium compound obtained by the reaction of TiO(OH)2 with an amino group-containing silane compound and a silane compound is incorporated in the additive. The titanium compound has preferably 40-250m2 /g BET specific surface area and a specific gravity of 2.8-3.6. |
