PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unlock a motor surely by making a decision whether environmental conditions of the motor have caused to lock the motor and regulating normal operation of an apparatus while displaying the decision results. SOLUTION: A locking environment information recorder 6 records environmental conditions causing a motor 1 to lock (e.g. variation of ambient temperature or humidity within a predetermined time). An environment sensor 7 measures and detects environmental conditions of the motor 1. A comparator 8 compares environmental conditions of locking stored in the locking environment information recorder 6 with environmental conditions detected by the environment sensor 7 to decide whether the motor 1 is locked, controls the message to be presented on an operating section message display 39 or performs unlocking control. According to the arrangement, an apparatus can be protected against trouble due to insufficient rising of the motor 1 when fluctuation in the environment conditions the motor 1 is high enough to cause locking of the motor 1. |
