PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the deterioration of transmission efficiency of a radio circuit that is caused by other stations by analyzing statistically the measurement result of the channel using states of other systems and switching automatically the control to the transmission method having the least using frequency between the base and terminal stations. SOLUTION: A base station monitors before its operation whether or not other stations transmit the data via a radio circuit in regard to the LOW and HI bands of data transmission channels S1 to S9 and calculates a transmission working rate. The data on the transmission working rate calculated by each of base stations 2-1 to 2-9 is sent to a communication controller 3. The controller 3 totalizes the received data and adapts a transmission method that uses both LOW and HI bands when these bands are set at low levels. When the using rate of the LOW band is higher than the HI band, a transmission method using only the HI band is adapted. Then a transmission method using only the LOW band is adapted when the using rate of the HI band is higher than the LOW band respectively. |
