<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the influence of an interference component due to CO2 and moisture in a nondispersive infrared absorption analyzer and to precisely detect the concentration of CO. SOLUTION: The interference value of a test gas is detected by a detector 7, for measurement, which can detect interference values of CO, CO2 and moisture and by a detector 8, for correction, which can detect interference values of only CO2 and moisture substantially, and outputs are adjusted in such a way that components corresponding to the interference values, of moisture, detected by both detectors 7, 8 become equal to each other. In addition, values which are found by computing the interference values of CO2 on the basis of respective detection characteristics of both detectors 7, 8 so as to correspond to the concentration of CO2 in the test gas are subtracted from all the interference values, a first correction value and a second correction value which remove the interference value of CO2 are found, their difference is found, and the interference value of moisture is removed.</p> |
