SOLUTION: When a window to be displayed on a display section is protruded to the left side or the upper side, the number of protruding of pixels is calculated by an initial address conversion register 2. When the number of protruding is calculated, the number of protruding is made an initial value of a main or sub-scanning direction counter in a window read-out address circuit 3. At the same time, An initial value of a main or sub-scanning direction counter in a write-in address generation circuit 5 is specified.
