PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the using efficiency of time slots. SOLUTION: The numbers of using times of both the time slots for voice transmission and for data transmission are respectively computed by time slot traffic counting parts 401 and 402 for every transfer request, and the memory contents of time slot memory parts 301 and 302 is rewritten according to that numbers of using times. Thus, the allocation ratios of both the time slots for voice transmission and for data transmission are updated. Then, the allocation ratios of both the time slots may be updated at a time preset in a timer part 500. |
