PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry lithographic plate having excellent image reproducibility even when it is stored in a long period or exposed at a low temperature, not to mention just after manufacture by containing an optical base generating agent in a photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer contains an optical base generating agent. The optical base generating agent is preferably an optical amine generating agent. Examples of such an optical base generating agent include, for example, compounds having a structure shown by the formula, and a compound represented by the formula II of these compounds is preferably used. These compounds are decomposed by irradiation to generate basic groups, for example, amino group. This basic group is combined with the other photosensitizer or photosensitizing assistant to induce the start of photopolymerization or photodimerization. A decomposing reaction of diazo resin or azide compound is also induced. In the formula II, L1 represents a connecting group, R1 -R4 each represent hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group having 1-50 carbon atoms, an alkyloxy group or the like. |
