PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive resin compsn. excellent in close adhesiveness, sensitivity and property of suppressing the generation of sludge and foaming by using a specified polymer binder, a specified ethylenic unsatd. compd. and a specified photopolymn. initiator as principal components. SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin compsn. contains a polymer binder contg. anα,β-unsated. carboxyl group-contg. monomer as a copolymerizable component, an ethylenic unsatd. compd. contg. a compd. represented by formula I and/or a compd. represented by formula II and a photopolymn. initiator contg. 9-phenylacridine and a compd. represented by formula III as principal components. In the formula I, R1 is H or methyl, R2 is a >=4C satd. hydrocarbon, (n) is an integer of 2-5 and (m) is an integer of 1-6. In the formula II, R1 is H or methyl, R3 is a 6-10C alkyl, (n) is an integer of 2-5 and (l) is an integer of 1-6. In the formula III, R4 is an optionally alkyl substd. phenyl and R5 is H or a 1-8C alkyl.
