PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely complete data transmission/reception to/from a prescribed radio card within a short time by accessing respective radio cards based on the registered data of radio cards carried by plural users. SOLUTION: A radio card 101 is prepared as a non-contact information recording medium. A reader/writer 203 for reading out or writing data structure in the card 101 obtains card ID from the card 101 by an antenna 201 at first, and then communicates with the card 101 having the prescribed card ID out of plural radio cards 101 formed by moving the original card 101 to another place through an antenna 202. Thus the ID data of plural radio cards 101 are sequentially read out by non-contact access and non-contact access to all radio cards 101 is executed based on the read ID data and data are transmitted/ received to/from the card 101 responding to the access in a non-contact state. |
