PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the carrying performance and the stirring performance of toner from being lowered when the housing capacity of a toner replenishment tant is made large not in the height direction but in the width direction. SOLUTION: The toner replenishment tank 50 is arranged adjacently to a developing tank 51 in order to replenish the toner to the tank 51 and formed so that the housing capacity thereof becomes larger in the arranging direction thereof. Then, a stirring member 57 for stirring the toner 54 in the tank 50 is provided with a flexible carrying sheet 38 carrying and stirring the toner. The rotary shaft 57a of the stiffing member 57 being the rotation center of the sheet 58 is arranged nearer to the tank 51 side and the free and side of the sheet 58 is proximately arranged to the inside wall surface of the tank 50 on an opposite side to the tank 51. Besides, the sheet 58 is provided with a holding part 58a bent 58a bent by an angle θ. When the sheet 58 is rotated, the toner on the opposite side to the tank 51 can be also sufficiently stirred and carried by the sheet 58. Thus, the toner 54 can be stably supplied to a toner replenishment roller 56 without lowering the carrying performance and the stirring performance. |
