摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure flow rate without re-verifying the instrumental error by inputting the viscosity of a liquid to be measured prior to flow rate measurement, and calculating the instrumental error to the viscosity of the liquid to be measured from reference viscosities having values holding this viscosity between, and reference instrumental errors. SOLUTION: The viscosityηof a liquid to be measured is inputted 13 prior to flow rate measurement. When the flow rate measurement is started, the rotating speed of a rotor is transmitted to a flow rate counting part 10 as a flow rate pulse, and counted and accumulated by a counter part 11. Two reference viscositiesη1 ,η2 having values holding the viscosityηbetween and corresponding reference instrumental errors E1 , E2 which are preliminarily stored in an instrumental error memory part 15 are read to calculate the instrumental difference E to the viscosityηby linear interpolation. A measuring part coefficient (flow rate per unit flow rate pulse) is read from a data memory part 14, an the flow rate conversion coefficient is calculated from this and the instrumental error E. The counted value of the counter part 11 read every prescribed control cycle is multiplied by the flow rate conversion coefficient to calculate the flow rate of the liquid.
