Doors made of interchangeable, decorative panels made of moulded composite materials

The door is made of a rigid frame (1) which incorporates the weather moulding which is filled with interchangeable panels. The frame and panels are moulded using a composite fibreglass and resin material. This is applied to a preformed foam by low pressure injection of resin. The sections are held in position in the frame by screws (3) and some sections may be made of glass (4).
