Lipase, process for producing the same, microorganism producing the same, and use of the lipase

A lipase capable of producing oleic acid in an amount of 10 % or more when measured in a detergent solution comprising 200 to 400 ppm of an anionic surfactant, 1,000 ppm of sodium perborate and 100 ppm of tetraacetylethylenediamine with the use of a triolein emulsion as the substrate and when the amount of oleic acid produced without adding any detergent is taken as 100 %; a detergent composition containing the lipase; and a process for producing the detergent composition. Because of its high activity in marketed detergents containing bleaching agents, this lipase can be added to detergents so as to strengthen the detergency.
