The cable consists of an interior tube through which passes the cooling liquid, cable conductor supported by this tube, an exterior sheath (3) of metal or rubber and cable shoes (1) fixed to its extremity and also used as connections for the cooling liquid. The exterior sheath (3) is fixed in such a manner that it is able to turn or pivot in the regions of the respective cable shoes (1). A metallic sleeve (5) is slid over the cable shoes so as to facilitate the turning or pivoting of the sheath. the exterior sheath is a tube and the cable shoes are sealed to the sleeve (5) to prevent the separation of the two.
