PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperatively attain the control of work flows as long as one document is commonly and electronically circulated through normally independently managed work flows by executing an action when the executing instruction of the action is propagated, and controlling the work flows. SOLUTION: A work flow managing system 103 is present at an ordering side 103-1 and an order receiving side 103-2, and they are connected through a network 100-1. The work flow at the ordering side 103-1 and the work flow at the order receiving side 103-2 are linked with each other at the time of circulating a document 140, and the management of the work flows is independently operated. Therefore, when the document 140 is circulated through the plural work flows which are differently managed, the management of the plural work flows can be linked only for the work flow management control designated by a user. |
