摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the charger for a capacitor which can perform the charge of each capacitor of a capacitor block with minimum heat loss, using a small- sized circuit. SOLUTION: This charger is provided with bypass means 6 which bypass the currents flowing between output terminals 4 and 5 at the place of each capacitor 1, voltage detection means 12 which detect the voltage between the terminals of each capacitor 1, voltage increase rate computing means 13 which compute the increase rate of the voltage between the terminals of each capacitor 1 from the voltage between the terminals of each capacitor 1, and a charge control means 11 which repeats the operation of comparing the increase rate of the voltage between the terminals of each capacitor 1 obtained by the voltage increase rate computing means 13 at charge, and bypassing the current flowing to the capacitor where the increase rate of the voltage between terminals is the largest, and lifting off the bypass of the capacitor where bypassed was performed, when the voltage between the terminals of each capacitor where the increase rate of the voltage between terminals is the smallest reaches the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor where the bypass was performed, after bypass, and resuming the charge.
