<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a moving picture icon with good visibility by using three- dimensional image data or temporal variation image data saved in an image file as frame data for a moving picture and displaying a moving picture icon. SOLUTION: An image file of three-dimensional image data is formed of slice images obtained by scanning one solid sample by a scanning type microscope 6 several times along the depth. Further, an image file formed by gathering pieces of two-dimensional image data picking up various observation objects including the sample successively with time is stored in a storage device 3. Namely, the storage device 3 is stored with the image file of three-dimensional image data and image files of temporal variation image data. Then a selected icon is recognized by clicking an arbitrary moving picture icon in an image selection menu displayed at a display part 2 with a mouse 5 and the image file corresponding to the selected icon is displayed at the display part 2 with good visibility.</p> |
