In order to facilitate, the removal of a fastener of the type having a head on a shank, a tool for removing such a fastener is disclosed. The tool includes support for a collet which makes it possible to impart torque for removal of the fastener through rotational movement of the collet in relation to the head of the fastener. Further, the collet is adjustably position ed on the support and is dimensionaly ajustable for gripping the head of the fastener.
