<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a transmission and a reception processing speed without using any synchronization signal, even when transmission intervals and a transmission speed are unfixed by providing buffers on a transmission and a reception side, monitoring the difference between a transmission-side input data amount and a reception-side output data amount, and correcting the difference in speed. SOLUTION: A transmission-side data processor 1 is provided with the transmitting buffer 11, so as to absorb the difference between the input speed of data to be processed and the output speed to a transmission line, and data a1 to a4 are inputted at a fixed speed. At the start of transmission, data b1 to b3 from a TV camera 12 are added to data stored in the buffer 11, and those data are outputted to the transmission line. A reception-side data processor 2 also has the receiving buffer 21, data a1 to a4 from the transition line are inputted to the buffer 21, and data b1 to b3 are separated from a circuit and inputted to the receiving buffer 21. Then the data a1 to a4 in the buffer 21 are outputted. Here, speed control 22 monitors the difference between the input data amount of the transmission side and the output data amount of the reception side.</p> |
