摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic dielectric device which can be easily miniaturized with a dielectric loss equal to or smaller than a coaxial resonance element by stacking several ceramic green sheets in two stages, pressure laminating a layered product having rod-shaped metallic conductors between those two stages and burning the layered product. SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet is obtained by coating the slurry, where the powder of a Bi2 O3 -CaO-Nb2 O5 dielectric substance, a binder and an organic solvent are mixed together via the doctor blade treating. Then several ceramic green sheets are laminated into a layered ceramic green sheet 10, and a silver wire having a circular cross section of 0.55mm diameter is placed on the sheet 10. Then two sheets 10 are put on each other and pressed together at 40 deg.C and with 40MPa into a ceramic sheet 30 having thickness of about 1.8mm. The sheet 30 is divided into pieces and burnt at 925 deg.C after the binder has been deleted at about 600 deg.C. Then the sheet 30 is coated with silver paste and burnt at 900 deg.C, so that an outer conductor is produced. Thus, a resonator of dimensions 1.5×1.5×6mm is obtained.
