PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the impedance between a signal input/output point and a signal supply point at a constant value and increase the consistency of the impedance between a transmission part and a reception part by forming a multi-layered structure provided with an insulating layer and a ground layer between a transmission and reception element layer and a signal distribution layer. SOLUTION: Respective substrates after being laminated in order and positioned are adhered into one body. Further, the signal supply point 28 of the transmission element layer 27 and the signal distribution point 17 of the signal distribution layer 14 are electrically connected by through-hole plating 30, and the ground layer 24, the ground point 20 of the signal distribution layer 14, and the signal input/output point 16 of the signal distribution layer 14 are electrically connected by through-hole plating 30. Consequently, signal terminal parts such as the signal input/output point 16, signal distribution point 17, and signal supply point 28 and the ground part, the substrate and substrate, and a housing part and the signal terminal parts are held at constant distances and also hold certain impedance. |
