PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power greater than the generated power from being taken out of a fuel cell. SOLUTION: An output control circuit for an inverter 4, outputting the dc output of a fuel cell 1 while converting it into alternating current, in accordance with an output command 5 includes a first function generator 11 which generates, from the measured current of the fuel cell 1, a function showing a fuel cell voltage in a state in which performance degradation does not occur, a divider 12 for calculating the degradation by dividing the fuel cell voltage obtained from the first function generator 11 by the measured voltage of the fuel cell 1, a second function generator 13 for generating, from the amount of flow of fuel supplied to the fuel cell 1, a function showing a battery output in a state in which performance degradation does not occur, a multiplier 14 for calculating an upper limit value of battery output by multiplying the battery output of the second function generator 13 by the degradation, and a low-value selector 15 for comparing the upper limit value of battery output with the output command 5 and selecting the smaller vale to issue an order to the inverter 4. |
