PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed optical and electric wiring board which is so formed to easily connect and separate wiring boards having mixed electric circuits and optical circuits. SOLUTION: An optical fiber buried layer 25 in which an optical fiber is buried in a part of a layer of an electric wiring board on which on which an electric circuit is mounted is provided. A plate surface junction part 26 to and from which light is irradiated and radiated to the direction of rectangularly crossing a plate surface of the wiring board is provided at a terminal of the optical fiber buried in the optical fiber buried layer 25 and a side surface junction part 27 to and from which light is irradiated and radiated to the direction of being parallel with the plate surface of the wiring board by exposing a terminal part of the optical fiber is provided at the side edge of the wiring board. Combination of the plate surface junction part and the side surface junction part is so formed as the junction parts to make junctioning with each other optical circuit of the boards which are rectangularly mounted such as a mother board and a daughter board.
