PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt as data only CDs having teaching within a preliminary registered reference when a CD with print failure is mixed in teaching. SOLUTION: Teaching is operated by preliminary using several CD, and a reference image and a threshold value being the judgment reference of the print failure of a CD are decided in a CD print surface inspection method. At the time of teaching, the picture data of a CD to be inspected are photographed by an image pickup device (a), and whether or not the variation of concentration calculated based on the image data is within the preliminary registered judgment reference is judged (b). When it is within the reference, the above mentioned concentration variation is adopted as teaching data (c), and when the above mentioned image data reach the preliminary set number of teaching (d), an inspection threshold value is calculated based on the above mentioned concentration variation, and the above mentioned teaching is ended (e). |
