PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a personal computer which enables dynamic image transfer that is suitable to realize an electronic conference system. SOLUTION: A local dynamic image is photographed by a camera and sent to a video capture 31. The capture 31 sends the local dynamic image to a display controller 14 via a ZV port 4. Because of this, the local dynamic image is shown on a screen. The local dynamic image is also inputted to a video capture controller 19 in parallel with a dynamic image data input to the controller 14, and after it is scaled down by a scaler 191, the local dynamic image is transferred to main memory 13 by means of DMA transfer. After a CPU 11 performs compression processing, etc., of dynamic image data on the memory 13 as necessary, the CPU 11 transfers it to a modem 21. |
