PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low-profile, reliable, rigid, and high-performance suspension assembly by providing an integrated multilayer conductor trace array for making an electrical cross connection to a circuit configuration that is related to a read/write head. SOLUTION: This load beam assembly has a flat conductive member that is extended close to a read/write/slider assembly, a first electrical insulation layer 25 that is provided successively on the conductive member, a first electrical trace 60, a second electrical insulation layer 27, and a second electrical trace 62. Then, the path of the second electrical trace 62 is aligned in horizontal direction for the path of the first electrical trace 60, thus controlling at least one of the inductance, capacitance, and resistance of an integrated load beam assembly. |
