发明名称 MOLDING WITH HINGE MADE OF POLYESTER RESIN
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of crack and notch in a hinge part by adding hindered phenol group compound and/or thioether group compound to PBT resin, which includes polytetramethylene glycol as a copolymer component. SOLUTION: PBT resin (A), which includes polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG) as a copolymer component at 3-7wt.%, is used as a base resin. Molecular weight of the PTMG copolymer component is selected in a range at 500-3500. Furthermore, hindered phenol group compound (B) at 0.05-1.0wt parts and/or thioether group compound (C) at 0.05-1.0wt parts are blended in relation to the resin (A) at 100wt parts. With this composition, a molding such as an electric part and a connector, which has a hinge and other thin part without hindering the flowability of the material and in which generation of crack and notch is lowered, can be obtained.
