PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery and supply system that has an excellent heat recovering efficiency and provides heat sources of different temperatures. SOLUTION: The edge parts 6 of heat pipes 5 on one side are arranged along the direction of flow of heat source fluid 1 inside the flowing path of the single heat source fluid 1, each of the edge parts 11 of the heat pipes 5 on the other side is connected to be heat transferable to latent heat storage material 10 that is arranged to each of the heat pipes 5 and the melting point temperature of the latent heat storage material 10 that corresponds to edge part 6 of the heat pipe 5 arranged more upstream in the flowing direction of the heat source fluid 1 is set higher.
