RECORDING DISK FINISHING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk finishing device excellent in grain removing efficiency and high in product yield. SOLUTION: A disk 1 is chucked into a spindle tip and rotated. A tape 2 is slightly contacted with the disk 1 by air blown out of the slit 4 of a box. The slit 4 is linearly extended to be inclined by an angleθin the radial direction of the disk 1. A contact part between the tape 2 and the disk 1 is positioned in the rotational direction upstream side of the plate surface of the disk 1 toward the center of the disk 1.
