摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to re-synchronize a timing phase and a carrier phase of a MODEM receiver signal to allow a receiver to acquire again quickly the timing phase and the carrier phase so as to restart a demodulation process thereby. SOLUTION: The system provides an accurate evaluation and a gain correction coefficient for a timing phase and a carrier phase to provide a proper alignment for decoding. An output of a discrete Fourier transformation device 120 receiving a reception signal is multiplied with a complex conjugate component resulting from a discrete Fourier transformation of a transmitted signal and an evaluation denoting a desired phase is produced. Gain control 130 and carrier phase control 132 are conducted to decide a corresponding error signal to match resulting evaluated timing phase and carrier phase with gain correction.
