PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the measurement container, method, and kit of an antigen specific cellular immunoresponse with a simpler operation than in a conventional one, without any risk, and with improved accuracy. SOLUTION: In a measurement container, a specific antigen and a blood anticoagulation agent such as heparin sodium are held so that they can contact blood, and the amount of cytokine such as interleukin-2, andγ-interferon produced from lymphocyte due to the reaction between the specific antigen such as tuberculin and a blood cell is measured. In this case, the amount of endotoxin in the container before usage is limited so that the measurement value of the above cytokine cannot be affected.
