PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system certainly capable of correcting a frequency characteristic and reducing sound pressure distortion. SOLUTION: An acceleration detecting part 12 detects an acceleration of a voice coil 4. A feedback path amplifying part 14 amplifies an output of the acceleration detecting part 12. An objective signal generating part 16 performs band limiting processing represented by a low-interrupt angular frequencyωL and a high-interrupt angular frequencyωH to generate an objective signal. An error amplifying part 18 amplifies a difference between an objective signal and a feedback signal. A power amplifying part 20 amplifies an output of the error amplifying part 18 to drive the voice coil 4. The loop frequency characteristic HLOOP(jω) of the feedback circuit satisfies|HLOOP(jω)|>=1 and -360 deg.< arg[HLOOP(jω)]<0 deg. or 0 deg.<arg[HLOOP(jω)]>360 deg. (however,ωL<=ω<=ωH). Thus, stable feedback is obtained spreading over wide frequency band.
